Shipping

• Where: anywhere in India with a PIN code. International shipping is not available yet; write to us if you want it and we will let you know when it is.
• Cost: ₹80 per order. Free when your order is ₹1,999 or more.
• Dispatch: orders leave Bengaluru within 2–3 business days. Each piece is checked and packed by hand before it goes.
• Delivery: usually 4–7 business days after dispatch, faster within Karnataka. Remote PIN codes can take a little longer.
• Tracking: emailed to you the moment your parcel is picked up.

Damaged in transit

Wood is sturdy; couriers are not always. If your piece arrives chipped, cracked or otherwise not as it should be, email hi@thegubbi.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the box. We send a replacement at no cost. If the character is sold out, we refund in full.

Changed your mind

You can return an unused piece in its original box within 7 days of delivery. Write to us first so we can arrange the pickup; we cover the return shipping. Once it reaches us and is checked, we refund the full price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is because of our mistake.

Because every piece is hand-turned, small differences in grain, colour and finish are part of the object, not defects.

Cancellations

Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, use the return process above.

Gifts

Tick the gift option at checkout and we include your handwritten note and leave prices off the packing slip. Gift returns follow the same 7-day window and are refunded to the original buyer.
